The Proscenium

The Proscenium at Rockwell is a 3.6-hectare mixed-use development in Rockwell Center, Makati, developed by Rockwell Land and designed in collaboration with internationally acclaimed architect Carlos Ott. It is composed of five residential towers—Kirov, Sakura, Lincoln, Lorraine, and The Proscenium Residences (TPR)—together with an expansive amenity deck of nearly one hectare, the Proscenium Retail Row, Rockwell Workspaces, and the Proscenium Theater. The development offers residences ranging from studios to large three-bedroom homes, with each tower designed with its own character and resident profile. The five residential towers are differentiated mainly by unit size, density, design character, and target resident. Kirov (2018) is known for larger residences, lower density, and a more traditional luxury feel, making it well suited to families and residents who value privacy. Sakura (2018) is similarly spacious and low-density but has a more understated, Japanese-inspired character. Lincoln (2019) offers the broadest range of unit cuts, including smaller residences, making it suitable for singles, couples, executives, and investors. Lorraine (2020) is more family-oriented, with generous layouts and a later-generation feel than the first towers. The Proscenium Residences / TPR (2023) is the fifth and newest residential tower, with a more contemporary positioning and larger modern residences.
